Dawn Ford, Managing Partner and Paige Perry, Executive Vice President, have a combined total of 41 years in the apartment industry. Dawn holds a CPM and the HCCP designation and Paige has a stellar record of accomplishments in recruiting talent and skillfully matching credentials with expectations. Dawn and Paige are graduates of Ferris State University both receiving degrees in Business Administration.
